O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8982 of 2016, dated 15.06.2016.

2. Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that in this case, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed, stating that both parties are directed to work out their remedy through Civil Court. The closure report was also sent to the petitioner for two times, but the same was refused by the present petitioner, finally he received the Referred Charge Sheet notice and Acknowledgement Card was also produced by the respondent police. Thus, the order has been complied with by the respondent.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate relief before appropriate forum according to law.
