ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the third respondent to provide police protection to life and limb of the Petitioner and his family members from the fourth respondent and his henchmen...

2. The petitioner had lodged against the fourth respondent before the respondents 2 and 3. The police has not taken any action. Hence the above petition. In the meanwhile the fourth respondent is also sending threat to the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered CAR No.1550 of 2024 and both the petitioner and the fourth respondent are directed to appear for enquiry and after enquiry the petition was closed directing th parties to approach the civil Court. As regards the complaint given to the third respondent summons were issued and the petitioner and the fourth respondent are directed to appear for enquiry, but the petitioner had not appeared for enquiry. The fourth respondent appeared and gave an undertaking letter.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will appear for enquiry before the third respondent on 27.11.2024 without fail and participate in the enquiry.
