This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned dated 25.01.2017. 1/3

2. The petitioner has challenged the impugned order where it states that the Block Development Officer has granted permission to pay the salary to the petitioner. However, the President has refused to affix the signature in the Cheque stating that the writ petition filed by the petitioner is pending before this Court. Since the petitioner is working all these years, the petitioner is entitled to the salary.

3. Therefore the respondents are directed to pay the salary as stated in the order of the Block Development Officer. If the petitioner has worked for subsequent days the respondents shall also pay all the available/eligible salary to the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks fromt the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
