This Court, by order dated 29.09.2015, in W.P.(MD).No.17487 of 2015 directed the respondent herein to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.07.2015, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Since the respondent herein has not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner was informed that his claim for consideration under the Scheme of Chief Minister's Solar Power Green House Scheme would be considered for the next financial year. Hence, nothing survives in this contempt petition.
