: Respondent PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to issue statutory notice to contemnor and may punish the contemnor for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.14541 of 2016, dated 30.08.2016.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to permit to deposit the auction sale amount and continue to slaughter tapping and remove the valuable Rubber trees girth 35 inches allotted to the Petitioner as per the auction in coupe No.22 (p) lot Nos. 1 & 2 and coupe No.91 (lot No.27) of Manalodai coupe dated 14.10.2015 on the basis of Petitioner representation dated 6.7.2016 and forthwith.

When the matter was taken up for consideration today, Mr.K.P.Narayana Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that the respondent considered the representation of the petitioner and rejected the same, which is challenged by the petitioner in a separate Writ Petition.
