ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to set aside the impugned Docket order dated 28.09.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2465 of 2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam and direct the twenty fifth respondent to take necessary action against the Respondents 1 to 24 based on the complaint dated 13.11.2021.

2.It is evident from the records that the complaint given by the petitioner was forwarded to the respondent Police Station and on receipt of the same, after enquiry, the respondent police has submitted a negative report as no offences taken place and that on the basis of the said report, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Santhankulam, has closed the complaint, by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a private complaint. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the impugned order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate cannot be found fault with. Hence I find no merit in this criminal original petition and the same is dismissed.
