2.It is a issue between the petitioner and one Kasiraman regarding some money transaction. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by Kasiraman, against the petitioner, enquiry is undertaken in C.S.R.No.1127 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared on 28.10.2023 and gave an undertaking. Based on the undertaking given by him, it was closed.
3.Since it is money transaction the above said enquiry was rightly closed. But, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is not a pure money transaction. The statement was obtained under force and compulsion. There is no money transaction between himself and one Kasiraman. But, however, since the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration in this case. 4.In view of the above this petition stands disposed of. 16.11.2023 2/4
