Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, call for the records relating to the returned impugned endorsement made by the 2nd Respondent in his Ref.No.m.jp.K.vz; .9509/m1/2010 ehs;:13-10-2010 made on the request letter of the 1st Respondent dated 05-10-2010 and quash the said impugned endorsement and direct the 2nd Respondent to pay the incentive increment to the Petitioner from 04-06-2004 for obtaining the M.A. Degree in Gandhian Thought and to pay the consequential arrears arising thereon and granting such other and further relief as this Honourable Court deems fit. ORDER
