ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachments made by the respondents 5 to 15 in the lands in Survey No.516/1, situated at Illuppaiyoorani Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Thoothukudi District, within the time frame.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that the encroachment made by the respondents 5 to 15 had already been removed on 14.02.2017 itself, which is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
