The petitioner seeks a direction for consideration of representation dated 20.08.2025 for correction of a mistake committed in the UDR records.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the matter is pending before the District Revenue Officer and would be considered and disposed of on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Special Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the fourth respondent in this Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, 2/4

this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2025 after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent. The representation shall be disposed of within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
