ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.210 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police Station. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that upon completion of investigation, the first respondent filed final report, which was taken on file in S.C.No.89 of 2023 by the Mahila Court, Theni.

3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 25.03.2024 NCC :
