O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent 1 and 2 particularly the second respondent to provide police protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the respondents 3 to 5.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent police would submit that inspite of repeated call made by the respondent police, the petitioner is not appearing and hiding himself.

3. In view of the above submission, let the petitioner appear before the respondent police and the enquiry be completed by summoning the petitioner and the counter party. After ascertaining the ground situation, if any necessity arises, further orders may be passed by the competent authority, who is the second respondent herein. The above said process shall be completed within a period of fifteen(15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
