District 614 401, w.e.f. 01.02.2012 with all monetary and other service benefits.

O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 15.03.2016, in W.P.(MD).No.22346 of 2015 directed the respondents herein to approve the appointment of the petitioner with effect from 01.02.2012 with all consequential benefits within a period of six weeks. Since the respondents herein have not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by producing the proceedings of the fourth respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.1462/A4/2016, dated 22.02.2017, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.
