This Court, by order dated 15.03.2016, in W.P.(MD).No.1146 of 2016 directed the respondents herein to approve the appointment of the petitioner within a period of six weeks. Since the respondents herein have not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by producing the proceedings of the fourth respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.3365/A2/2016, dated 02.03.2017, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.
