ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to provide Police Protection to life and limb of the Petitioner from the 3rd Respondent.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that seeking police protection, the petitioner has made a representation stating that the third respondent has stolen away his articles and on that basis a complaint has been given. During the course of enquiry it is found that the complaint was given by exaggerating the issue without any basic facts. Hence, the complaint was closed on 04.11.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent is pressurizing the petitioner to withdraw the complaint.

4. In view of the submissions, since the complaint was closed, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
