The petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 & 2, in C.C.No.41 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam. They filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the above said case as illegal.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsels appearing for the petitioners and respondent are present. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent makes a submission as in the trial Court, the respondent being the complainant withdrawn the petition and the entire proceedings are subsequently closed.

3. The submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
