The petitioners herein are the accused in C.C.No.90 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai. 2.The final report has been filed against the petitioners for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibitin Act. After taking cognizance the petitioners herein filed this application to call for the records in C.C.No.90/2013 and quash the same as illegal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, make the submission that on 24.11.2016 itself, the C.C.No.90/2013 was disposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, in which all the accused are acquitted. The submissions made by the Government Advocate recorded. Thereby, this application is closed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
