ORDER

Seeking modification that was imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P No. 105207 of 2023 dt. 07.10.2023 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai in so far as the condition that directing the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Sessions Judge, POCSO Court, Srivilliputur, daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. On a perusal of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can very well approach the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai for the relief sought for instead of approaching this Court.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai, who himself, can modify the condition imposed.
