.. Contemnors/Respondents PRAYER: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents 1 to 4 for their disobedience to the orders of this Court dated 15.03.2016 and made in W.P.(MD)No.14544 of 2014.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings, dated 19.7.2012,in O.Mu.No.4729/AA 4/ 2012, on the file of the 4th respondent and quash the same, directing the respondents to accord approval to the appointment of the petitioner Mr. J.Antonysamy, Junior Assistant , in St. Mary s Girls Higher Secondary School, Devakottai-630 302, Sivagangai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
