ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent to conduct further investigation, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 9.10.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that inspite of repeated summons, the petitioner/wife did not appear and co-operate for enquiry. The third respondent/husband filed a petition in HMOP.No.262 of 2022 before the Sub Court, Udumalaipettai, seeking divorce. During the pendency of the complaint, she did not turn up and hence, the petitioner unnecessarily sent a representation to conduct further investigation.

3. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the respondent police to complete the enquiry.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
