Ms. No. 181 Education Department dated 15.11.2011 from the date of his appointment and consequently direct the respondents to pay all the consequential service and monetary benefits to the petitioner on the basis of the representation dated 12.06.2014 in accordance with law.

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.] This Contempt Petition has been filed against the interim direction issued by the Division Bench in W.A.(MD)No.600 of 2016, dated 15.04.2016, for payment of salary.

2. However, the main issue itself has been disposed of by the Honourable Division Bench. Therefore, the respondents are directed to comply with the said decision and pay the salary and attendant benefits to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
