O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for his willful, deliberate and intentional disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12920 of 2016 dated 27.07.2016.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instruction submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27.07.2016, enquiry was conducted on the complaint of the petitioner and the same was closed on 08.10.2016 and the closure report was also served on the petitioner.
3.Since the order of this Court dated 27.07.2016 was complied with, there is no necessity to pass any further order in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed.
