This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to cancel the joint patta granted in Survey No.197/1B 1/3

and 200/1, by considering his representation, dated 21.09.2017. 2.Today(07.02.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as the petitioner has succeed in the civil suit and as on date there is no dispute over the title of the subject property. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
