Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records in respect of order passed y 3rd respondent in OM.U.No.1807/B3/2016 dated 15.6.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of petitioner as Junior Assistant at 4th respondent and disburse all the service and monetary benefits from 24.4.16 in accordance with the provisions Tamil Nadu Private School Regulation Act and rules.

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 04.07.2016 passed in W.P.(MD) No.11577 of 2016.

3.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised.
