Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus thereby calling for the entire records with regard to G.O.Ms.130 (home Courts II - A) department dated 14.02.2001 on the file of the 1st respondent with regard to item 10 of the schedule II in the annexure of the Government order and quash the same and direct the respondents to return the 2 sale deeds dated 24.11.1997 within a specified time frame to be fixed by this Honble Court.
