Subsequently the said interim order was extended until further order dated 04.11.2016. Prayer in WMP(MD). 13913/ 2016 :

Prayer to stay all further proceedings of the impugned charge memo passed by the 3rd respondent in his letter No.11/2016 dated 10.08.2016 and consequently order of suspension passed in his letter No.11/2016 dated 17.08.2016 pending disposal of the above WP.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the impugned charge memo passed by the 3rd respondent in his letter No.11/2016 dated 10.08.2016 quash the same.

withdraw this contempt petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
