ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash order passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No. 1784/2015/A4 dated 25.04.2017 and to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to restore the patta in the petitioner's name with regard to property in S.No.527/1C situated at Kavanoothu Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.It is informed by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 that the patta in respect of the petition mentioned property has been restored in the name of the petitioner.

3.Considering the fact that the patta has been restored in the name of the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in the above writ petition. 2/4

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
