O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.] This Contempt Petition is filed alleging disobedience of the order and direction issued by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD)No.864 of 2012, dated 31.07.2013.
2. Earlier, the Government partially complied with the direction and paid Rs.49,695/-. The remaining amount which was payable according to the petitioner is Rs.49,697/-. This is shown to have been paid by the respondents by issuance of G.O.(Ms). No.59, Finance (Co-operative Audit) Department, dated 07.03.2017. The copy of the said G.O., along with covering letter through the Additional Secretary to Government addressed to Special Government Pleader has been produced before us and copy of the same has been given to the counsel for the petitioner.
3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. If there is any defect, it is open to the counsel for the petitioner to mention before us for restoring the contempt petition. No costs.
