After seeking a correction of the alleged UDR error, the present Writ Petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of the above mentioned request.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. He submits that the District Revenue Officer would consider and dispose of the petitioner's request on merits within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents herein.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the private respondents in this Writ Petition.

4. Therefore, without making any observation on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for correction of the alleged UDR error within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the fifth and sixth respondents herein and any other persons interested in the relevant properties.
