Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus thereby directing the 1st Respondent to take into account https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ half of the service of the petitioner from 01.11.1987 to 03.08.2007
for the purpose of pension, arrears and all attendant terminal benefits with 18% of interest P.A.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that in compliance of the order dated 18.09.2014 made in W.P.(MD)No.13493 of 2014, which was confirmed in W.A.(MD) No.1360 of 2015 vide order dated 05.01.2016, proceedings in LrPr.AG (A&E)/Legal Cell/WP(MD)13493/2014/2014-15/2222 dated 09.02.2015 has been produced before this Court and the same is recorded. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and has made an endorsement to that effect. He further submits that liberty may also be given to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 09.02.2015 in appropriate legal proceedings. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 09.02.2015 in a manner recognized by law.
