PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 13664 of 2025 dated 18.08.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.13664 of 2025 dated 18.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 23 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 23 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.13664 of 2025 on 18.08.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the 2/4

petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.13664 of 2025 on 18.08.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. (S S Y J) 15.09.2025 jbr TO
