(MD) No.17330 of 2016 dated 14.09.2016 and punish the respondent. Prayer in WP(MD). 17330/ 2016 :

To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 to dispose of the petitioners Appeal dated 07.10.2015 and pass order in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.78 (Revenue (Ser-(7)1) Department) dated 16.02.2015 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 14.09.2016 passed in W.P.(MD) No.17330 of 2016.

2. It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by duly disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner and the proceedings of the respondent dated 12.01.2017 has been produced before this Court in support thereof.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. It is needless to state that if the petitioner still has got any grievance, it is open to him to challenge the same before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law. No costs.
