This petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for willful disobedience to comply the order passed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3188 of 2015, dated 27.02.2015.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that in this case, the respondent filed a final report in C.C.No.1 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai.
