PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the Insurance claim amount in respect of the petitioner's agricultural crops, cultivated in the property comprised in S.Nos.147/3, 147/5 & 147/7, Kokkoorani Village, Thiruvaadanai Taluk, admeasuring 4.625 Hectares, which was insured under the Agricultural Insurance Scheme 2016-2017, pending disposal of main writ petition.

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the Insurance claim amount in respect of the petitioner's agricultural crops, cultivated in the property comprised in S.Nos.147/3, 147/5 & 147/7, Kokkoorani Village, Thiruvaadanai Taluk, admeasuring 4.625 Hectares, which was insured under the Agricultural Insurance Scheme 2016-2017, pending disposal of main writ petition.

2.Today(16.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
