This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12084 of 2015 dated 01.07.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions from the respondent police, submits that petition enquiry was conducted and the complaint of the petitioner has been closed on 19.10.2015 itself. A copy of the closure report has been produced before this Court. 3.Recording the submission that the complaint has been closed, this Contempt Petition is closed.
