This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give protection for surveying the petitioner's land, based on the complaint, dated 10.08.2011.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint, dated 10.08.2011 seeking protection for surveying his land and hence, the relief sought for the petitioner has become infructuous.

3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
