The petitioner claiming to be the owner of a land in S.No.10/13 of Sankaraperi Village, Thoothukudi Taluk has filed this writ petition forbearing the respondents from conducting any survey in his land.

2.Today(29.01.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that they have not conducted any survey in the petitioner's property in S.No.10/13 of Sankaraperi Village, Thoothukudi Taluk. However, they have conducted survey in the land in S.No.10/3B2B.

3.Recording the submission made on behalf of the respondents, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
