This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.937 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the respondent police had already completed the investigation in Crime No.937 of 2022 and that charge sheet is ready and will be filed shortly. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
