O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.19380/2016 dated 06.10.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the order of this Court, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).

No.19380/2016 dated 06.10.2016 has been complied with. He would further submit that as per the direction of this Court, petition enquiry was conducted and thereafter, it was closed, after serving a copy of the closure report to the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the closure report into the Court.

3. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
