Respondents PRAYER:This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment upon the Chinnakanmai Promboke land in Survey No.70/112 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2017.

ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J) Heard Mr.R.Manokaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Angappan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 5.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction upon the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment caused by the sixth respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Official respondents submitted that thorough survey has been conducted by the Revenue Officials and it has been ascertained that there is an encroachment and the authorities are in the process of issuance of Form-1 and subsequently, Form-II and Form-III. 4.In the light of the above, we direct the authorities to proceed in accordance with law, after notice to the sixth respondent. No costs.
