ORDER

The petitioners pray for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.256 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the PCR Court, Ramanathapuram and the same is yet to be taken on file. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised.
