Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the Circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will pleased to issue a Writ or order in diretion in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in Pro.Na.Ka.No. 75/2016/A1 dated 30.04.2016 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service as Street Light Helper, Neyyur Town Panchayat till he reaches the age of 60 prescribed for the basic Service. Heard Mr.R.Ponkarthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 22.06.2016 in W.M.P.(MD) No.8551 of 2016 in W.P.(MD)No.11008 of 2016 has been complied by issuing proceedings dated 06.12.2017.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and has made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed.
