Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Cr. No. 397/2016 on the file of the respondent police station and direct the respondent to file the final report before the learned jurisdictional magistrate court. This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the order of this court made Crl.O.P(MD) No.9306 of 2016, dated 17.06.2016.
