Criminal Original Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Cr.M.P No. 5230 of 2023 dt. 16.10.2023 on the file of the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichirappalli for modifying the condition to sign before the respondent police instead of signing before the Manapparai Police Station in connection with Cr.No.181 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police by allowing this Criminal Original Petition.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JOEL PAUL ANTONY.A, Advocate for the petitioners and MR.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. It is represented that the petitioner is complying the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the submissions and nature of offence, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks, thereafter, 2/3

he shall report before the respondent Police once in a week,, i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the Charge Sheet.
