ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.OP.(MD)No.12693 of 2025 dated 31.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions for nearly 18 days. 2/4

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition for 18 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP(MD)No.12693 of 2025 on 31.07.2025. Accordingly, as far as the petitioners 1 to 5 are concerned, the condition imposed against them is modified to the effect that they shall report before the respondent police once in a week at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders. As far as the petitioners 6 and 7 are concerned, they shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on every 1st day of English Calender Month at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
