Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate for the 1st & 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order: "The above petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19384 of 2022 dated 14.11.2022 for surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the petitioners are granted 10 days extra time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Dindigul. On such surrender, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to consider the same as per law."
