Contemnor/3rd Respondent PRAYER: This petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to initiate contempt of Court proceedings against the contemnor / third respondent, namely, P.Fermi Vidya, (RDO), Revenue Divisional Officer, Thirunelveli for willful and contumacious defiance of direction passed by this Court in the order, dated 13.04.2016 in W.P.(MD) No.7152 of 2016 and prosecute and punish the contemnor / third respondent for the contempt of Court by flouting the above said order.

Prayer in WP(MD). 7152/ 2016 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to issue Hindu-Kattunayakkan Scheduled Tribe Community Certificate to the petitioners two daughters Namely B. Padma Priya and B. Deepa Priya on the basis of the application dated 13.02.2016, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.
