The petitioner has approached this Court that the crop insurance amount has not been settled to him under Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana Scheme for the year 2016-2017. 2.Today(03.01.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Regional Manager, Agriculture Insurance Company of India Ltd.,/the 9th respondent herein submits that the crop insurance amount has already been settled to this petitioner on 05.11.2018. He has filed a counter affidavit to that effect.
