Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of none appeared either in person or through by an advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side)on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6 in the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17843 of 2022, dated 06.10.2022 for depositing a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the credit of Advocate Clerk Welfare Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 02.01.2023, this Court directed the petitioner to produce the demand draft for a sum of Rs.3,000/- before this Court on 09.01.2023.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (24.01.2023), there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
