KRISHNASAMY.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6 in the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17706 of 2022, dated 06.10.2022 for depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of Advocate Clerk Welfare Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai. 2.When the matter was listed on 05.01.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and thereby, this Court directed the matter to be listed on 09.01.2023.
